How did it all start?
The story of Timothy College began in my head and was nurtured for a long time. Probably even before the construction of Salvation Church began. However, the name was already invented during the organization of the college. Since childhood, I myself felt the importance of adolescence when I had the opportunity to visit home cell groups of some youth leaders in Lutsk. We always attended them with enthusiasm and joy. It was a powerful time of growth, prayer, traveling together, and serving local churches. Such moments in youth shape and lay the foundation for the rest of a teenager's life...
The way of foundation
The idea of Timothy College belongs to Andriy Khodorchuk. He once called me and Ruslan Shklyaruk and shared this idea and asked if we could take on the organization of this project.The idea was to engage teenagers and get them as interested in church service as possible. Salvation Church was ready to provide a base for the training.I remember thinking about this idea and thinking, what did I miss when I was a teenager? And after consulting, it was on this basis that the structure of Timothy College was organized...

A dream come true
The idea of Timothy's College was a long time in the making, we planned and thought about how best to do it. The main points, of course, were the creation of a team, premises and teachers. We have a lot of teenagers in the region, so there are a lot of problems with this.
It's good that we have gathered people who know how to work with teenagers and know the goals to which we need to encourage them!
One of the main goals is to lay the right foundation in adolescence. The second goal is to equip them for their future ministry!
God never sends someone to a job without giving them the tools for that job!)
